1. General Supervision

• Parental Responsibility: The Play Corral is not a daycare or supervised childcare facility. Parents or legal guardians must remain on-site and are solely responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

• Nature of Play: By entering the facility, you acknowledge that indoor play involves physical activity which carries inherent risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, and collisions.
• Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Play Corral is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property occurring within the premises. Parents/guardians must sign a Liability Waiver before entry.

3. Health and Safety Regulations

• Socks Only: For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults. Bare feet and shoes are strictly prohibited in the play areas.
• Illness Policy: To keep our environment safe, children who are visibly ill (fever, persistent cough, or contagious rash) will be asked to return when they are healthy.
• No Rough Play: Bullying, pushing, or unsafe play (such as climbing up slides) will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if these rules are repeatedly ignored.

4. Food and Drink

• Designated Areas: Food and drinks are only permitted in the designated [Café/Seating] area. No gum, candy, or drinks are allowed on the play equipment.
• Allergy Awareness: We are a [Peanut-Free/Nut-Aware] facility. Please refrain from bringing outside food containing common allergens.

5. Capacity and Time Limits

6. Photography and Privacy
